2010 Annual Symposium

Having listened to feedback from many of Oregon's physicians, the Oregon Urology Foundation is once again focusing on offering urologic education useful for primary care providers. The Foundation hopes this year's symposium will provide not only a helpful educational experience for the participants, but also open a dialogue for ongoing collaboration and interaction. This symposium is open to all healthcare providers. Attendees will be able to earn up to 5.25 CME credits. We hope to see you there!
Accreditation
This activity has been planned and
implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the
Joint Sponsorship of Sacred Heart Medical Center and the Oregon Urology
Foundation. Sacred Heart Medical Center is accredited by the Oregon Medical
Association to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Sacred
Heart Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of
5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Each physician should claim only those
credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity
