Olof E. Sohlberg, MD Memorial Scholarship
The board was excited to meet the first Olof E. Sohlberg, MD Memorial Scholarship recipient, Sarah N. (and her adorable daughter) at yesterday’s board meeting. Sarah is a second year nursing student at LCC and plans on working towards her BSN! It’s so wonderful to see such great nurses ‘in the works’.

Friends of Florence is a non-profit that was started 30 years ago in order to help transport cancer patients from Florence to the Eugene/Springfield area for their cancer treatments. The service runs everyday and is free of charge to the patients.
